These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Latter-day Search at latterdaysearch.com (the “Service”), operated by Greg Hamblin. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Latter-day Search is a search tool for texts of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and related sources. It returns passages from third-party sources verbatim, with citations and links to the original material. It does not generate or summarize content.
Latter-day Search is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or any other rights holder. All quoted material remains the property of its respective owners and is provided for study and reference.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address and confirm it before signing in.
Paid features are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
The Service links to and quotes third-party material. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sources. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that search results will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greg Hamblin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
